Don’t give me that please. The NFF has done what? Hired a white man as technical adviser of the Super Eagles? Again?
Who is Paul Le Guen actually? I don’t care if he has coached some Ligue 1 clubs, Cameroonian national team and Oman national team. It really isn’t my business. Where was he when I won numerous titles in the top football leagues in Europe? Where was he when I won the UEFA champions league trophy back to back? When was he when I was coaching the Brazilian national team and managing Real Madrid at the same time? I played Sega’s Football Manager so much that the game’s advisor pleaded with me to go have my bath. I have been dealing with teams on FM since 2008. I have not had any break in management for 8 consecutive years and I have won every major football trophy you can think of.
Why then did NFF overlook me to sign a French man that is at best an average manager? Slave mentality or his capability? Will he like Oliseh buy meals for the Nigerian players when they are hungry and the NFF has refused to pay their appearance fees. Will he squat in hotels as the late Stephen Keshi did when the NFF refused to provide him proper accommodation? Will he keep working even when he is being owed as Keshi and Amodu are still being owed in even death? The Nigerian employee is the best in the world. We love to work even when you owe us salaries of several months. We are
foolish loyal like that. A white-man doesn’t have that level of loyalty.
They are many unemployed young Nigerians that will comfortably coach the Super Eagles and easily qualify them for the Russia 2018 world cup with little or no support for government. With this economic recession, you guys still chose to import a manager? I laugh in Idoma. He is 52; that’s almost double my age. Swap the numbers and you get my age.
Well, Pinnick and company have picked who they feel is best for the job. My last best is to go make more copies of my CV for the next interview I will be attending at a Micro-finance bank. I hope I am no longer available in the job market by the time NFF shows their real face, sacks Guen and send him back to France.
